Found out at tonight's training that DD will be doing her grade 6 this year with aim to do voluntary levels in the autumn

DD was over the moon when she came out during the break, as she'd convinced herself over the xmas break she wouldn't be allowed to compete.

Even better, her coach decided that as she's so powerful, the dainty music DD had originally chosen for her floor routine was all wrong for her. So she's now using the same as Claudia Fragapane has used. Big compliment for DD, as she really looks up to frags

She's woken up this morning incredibly bouncy, so safe to say she's happy

Long way to go though, as she's had a growth spurt again and has lost 2 of her splits along with not really knowing where her arms and legs should be going lol. But her HC has her practicing what she can at home to regain the skills, so fingers crossed!
