I’m currently in xcel bronze(for the comp season) and my new coaches(moved gyms) would like me to have a pullover, which I have been struggling with for over a YEARRR. I’ve done everything and did my first one with a spot. However that’s the only way I can do it and I can’t seem to get my hips to the bar no matter how much I try, I feel like using the wall is a extreme crutch and my coaches don’t do drills with me to learn it it’s starting to frustrate me and I don’t want to quit but that’s where it’s leading to, please help in the video down below I did it against a wall
