Requirments for xcel/ prep-op

So I'm in Region 6 and I'm interested in doing prep op. Does anyone have a list of requirments for each level (bronze, silver, gold) if you do please list it or the link where I can find it. Also where do you find the Code of Points for Prep op and Junior Olympic levels?!?:bouncy:THANKS!!

You should be able to get them off your state website, some states share rules with a few differences (NH goes off of MA rules with a couple of exceptions.) Google your state and USAG, you may have to dig a little bit to find requirements, but they're there if state uses prep op/excel. For the code of points, your gym should have a copy, but you would buy it off of USAG website

Hi! I am a prep opt in region 6 as well! I found the COP off the CT site. What state are you in?

Scroll down, under region 6's heading is a link tosome of the states. If your state is there, click on the link. The rules and COP will be there.
