they are trustworthy, but their product is not good quality. They fade and pill and tear. They aren't custom made when you order, they aren't sewing them in their living room, they have a manufacturer.

Interesting... we have several optionals that pick this brand over all others as they are the "most comfortable" according to them. I have not heard that they have any issues with the quality of them.

Can second this! DD says that they are "The most comfortable leos I've ever worn". Been through the wash for years, still in good condition. Some pilling, yes, but most leos will have pilling after a certain amount of time.
