Hi, I am going to be a senior next season and I am wondering what levels do they do senior recognition for at state? Do they include xcel platinum?

It might vary by state. In PA, they do it for platinum, diamond and sapphire. I don't know if they do it for any Xcel level lower than these.
Your coaches should have this info. I would ask them. Or you could look on the websites, if there are any, for the state meets to see if there is any info for this year. I would think it would be the same for next year.

I am in a YMCA program, we don't have states, but for districts, regionals, maybe certain invitationals, and I don't remember about nationals, there is senior recognition for all sessions that have seniors in it (I'm in Xcel gold so there is usually not any seniors in my level, but platinum usually competed in the same sessions as us.)

That's completely dependent on the local association running your meets.
