So...first his back, then his hand, now his shoulder. He is so frustrated. It just started hurting, no acute injury. started therapy on it today. He can still do most stuff. He really needs to catch a break!

I hear you. My DD recovered from a TFCC injury (wrist) and is still recovering from a double wrist sprain after that, where she also had a mild ankle sprain. Now seems to have strained a stomach muscle. :(

:(

Oh man, that seems so unfair. I hope he heals up and feels better quickly, then has a looooong break from any additional injuries.

Ugh, no! Hopefully it's a fleeting thing that will go away soon. Yamawakis?? Jams?

Crosses, planches.

I think, since it is opposite the last injury, that it could be from over compensating. but also from bending his arms in his crosses.

I'm sorry guys! I seriously hate injuries and really feel for the kids who are going through them. All I can do is pray for everyone to heal quickly!

We are babying it. He went to Rossiter today, and hopefully that will help. It is right where the biceps attach to something (deltoid??) his therapist can feel the "gristle" in there (that's the word she uses.). So he has some stretches and is supposed to take it easy. Of course he did pommel tonight. sigh. So he has to take friday or saturday off. he has chosen saturday and is going camping with his dad instead.

I hate injuries. he is so discouraged right now.

Aw, dang it. :(:(:(He does really need to catch a break. Hope the Rossiter and stretching mends him quickly!!
