I've been wanting to learn shoot halfs on bars for a very long time but havn't really ever gotten around to it. no one in my gym does them (or any high to low bar changes) so its a new thing.
my old coach was kinda into them and said that they were really easy and that i should learn them. at the end of last year i did a drill where my coach spotted and i did them but there was a cheese and matts piled up below the low bar so it was pretty much as safe as it could get.
so i was just wondering if this skill is actually pretty simple and if its a reasonable goal to be setting. right now i'm level 8 and bars is my fave event and i dont reallt get scared of stuff on it. if i said i wanted to work on it the coaches would support me but if its really difficult then it may be more effort than its worth cuz its only a B.
