Shoot or Counter-up?

Ok I need to know if I should do a conter-up or a shoot? One if the requrements I have in Canada is that i need to do a bar change with value. Anyways I can do a shoot over but they are very messy and not consentient yet but they are a D. My counter-ups are tighter but i cant make a kip out of them and they are only a B. what do i do????

What level are you P3 or P4? The EGR's usually say how many of each level skill you need.

Im P5 and I have un-limited bonus.

If you are P5 , same as me I recommend you do shootover , just ask your coach if you can work on them more.
