Hi, can someone help me clarify what skills a 13 year should have who is hoping for junior elite at 14? Thanks!!!

This is a really great conversation to have with a personal coach. They can tell you a lot more about appropriate progressions based on an individual athlete's current skills and their goals.

Alternatively, just to get an idea, USAG has full Hopes and Junior Elite meets up on YouTube, which can help paint a general picture of what the skills are like.
