Can anyone recommend where to find a skill tracker for us to print out and use?

We are in silver now, so levels 3 and 4. However, I would love to have trackers up to level 6 then Developmental 6-10.

Follow up question. Is it a reasonable goal to jump 1 level per year?

Fully depends on the gymnast. In general 3 to 4 can be hard because of those kips, 6/7 because cast handstands, and acros/acros series on beam. Then 8, 9, 10 usually take a couple year each.

Ok, so I did some research....
If you are looking for a more interactive skills trainer, then there is a program called Skills Trakker that I would highly recommend. It does cost money (7.99 a month), but the experience is overall amazing. To start, you put in your dd's level. There will be a set of skills that a Silver (or level 3/4 if you choose) would need to master.(You can also change the level as your dd progresses) You can change the progress on these skills based on where she's at. Usually, there is a challenge of the month. These REALLY help if your dd wants a bigger split leap, a presshandstand, etc. It gives great back handspring drills if your dd wants to work on that.

In our experience, the girls are well-versed in what is needed for the next level and after that. It is frequently discussed and drills and progressions can start years in advance. If you want a tracker for your own info, great, but it should not be a mystery in terms of what is needed to continue progressing.

Also, gyms can create stricter standards, and many do, than what USAG says is required. My daughter needed a kip in gold and a giant in level 7, neither of which are technically required by USAG.
