I've heard most all of MG elite's music is custom, they tend to go for really unique one of a kind stuff. It might be hard to find something similar. And custom music is very expensive.

Sometimes you can find floor music from a cartoon soundtrack of some sort with at least the same sorts of sounds. Try browsing floor music express and energym.

Thank you!!! We actually ended up finding this one and using it.... and learning a routine in 3 hours and competing it the same week .... lol
