Women Summer camps

Okay I know this is probably the most stupid question ever asked but for camps like Woodward and Flipfest are those gyms just built for camps? Do they offer gym classes during the rest of the year? Do they have teams or compete?

Woodward gym is open to the elements (on the sides... It has a roof, obviously) and is in central PA, so they do not have gymnastics year-round. They do have weekend actvities in some of the other "extreme sports" into the fall though, I think. I know I've heard that IGC (which is in an area of PA that gets even more winter than Woodward) has a Thanksgivng camp, so their gym must be enclosed.

I know that FlipFest is a camp only. During the rest of the year, they open the camp to other groups for retreats and other events (except during Fall Adventure Camp). DD's gym has occasional rented the gym on a Saturday to work out because of the vault setup. We are about an hour away from there.
