Women Tail Bone Pain?

I don't think that it's my actual tail bone that hurts because it doesn't hurt when I put pressure or sit on it. But that area hurts when I do a standing pike stretch, forward rolls, backward rolls, and tuck jumps. Do you think that it's something serious that I should get checked out, or should I just ice it at home?
 
I actually pulled a muscle that attached to my tailbone and my dad thought it was sciatica.

Went away in about 2-3 weeks but first week was really bad and miserable.
