Hello, I'm working on an omelianchik(bhs 3/4 to handstand) right now! Super excited. However, I am having a hard time figuring out the first half of the trick. My coach says to think of it like an onodi with staggered hands. Does anyone have any drills to work on an onodi entry? I can get to handstand with my hands together, but collapse when I stagger, or I just don't make it over. Help!!
