This company was an unprofessional disaster. inexperienced hot heads at the helm were abusive to staff the entire time I worked for them. Their exhausting egos grated on everyone’s ability to do their jobs. They put everyone on edge constantly because of the chaotic directional changes and confusing/none existent directives. Not gracious people in any way. Terrible to employees on every level - it was really hard to watch hard working, kind people be berated and made to feel like they were worthless. True bullies. Not surprised the owners have been stealing from their own family.

I’ve heard that Jill was forced out of a management role after her poor management led to the complete shut down of First in Flight. They took a thriving gym and ran it into the ground within a few short years.

Anyone have any more info about this and what it might mean for Powers-owned gyms, if anything at all?
