I’m an xcel platinum gymnast & have a few questions about the tsukhara on vault. I know I can’t compete it until diamond, but want to still work on it at practice. In my front handspring vault I struggle with a pike (due to an interior pelvic tilt) my coach has said my half on’s are better than my front hand springs on vault. My upper level teammates are working tsuks & I know I can do it, due my natural ability of speed and muscle mass. I am more than capable. My question is what really makes a tsuk, and what are some tips that will make it or break it? I really want to compete this my diamond year.
