From CGA:

[td]The 2025 USA Gymnastics Championships are just around the corner, held August 7th-10th in New Orleans, LA . Beyond NCAA competition, there is no other event that includes more current, future, and former CGA affiliated athletes than USAs.

The year after and Olympics always sheds new light on the sport. This year there is additional publicity due to the stardom of Stephen Nedoroscik, bolstered by the history bronze medal that Team USA won at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Furthermore, there is a new code of points in play. This new code made a couple of big changes in the sport. Athlete routines will be 20% shorter, and there is an incentive for athletes to show higher difficulty on their dismounts. Of course there are many other changes, but these are two of the big adjustments that fans can look for.

An entirely new national team will be selected based on results at this championships, and this will also serve as the first trial for the 2025 World Championships for Team USA. Needless to say, there is a lot on the line at the 2025 USA Gymnastics Championships.

There are 55 senior men qualified to compete. Notably absent from these championships are 2024 Olympian, Paul Juda (Michigan), 2024 Olympic alternates, Khoi Young (Stanford) and Shane Wiskus (Minnesota), as well as 2021 Olympian, Yul Moldauer (Oklahoma). Below is a list of all the competing athletes who are affiliated with a CGA member program.
