Can some please post the USAG WAG L4+ routines? MAG ones would be good as well if possible.

The actual skills are on wikipedia. The beam/floor choreo is hard to see even from the picture sheets, which are somewhere online. Better bet would be to look on youtube for routines or gymnasts that scored consistently well at those levels and figure it out from there. Also, if USAG still has the link to listen to the new music up, they had videos of the floor routines with the new music. Not sure whether it's still up though.

Thanks. i got the routines of Wiki. Now to get some good video examples of youtube.
Anyone have any recommendations.

Buying the DVD from USAG is worth it- I think its 40. or so! It points out all the little things that are required.
