Women Vitamins

DD is 10 yo and a level 6. She has a healthy diet. I am curious as to what vitamins you use.

I give my daughter a good muti vitamin called super nutes, d3, and fish oil.

My DD takes a multivitamin and in the winter months she also takes a Vitamin D supplement, since we live where sunlight is scarce during the winter.
