Did you mean Front Tuck Step through to Roundoff Back Tuck?
It can be used at Xcel Gold - Sapphire.
It can technically be used at DP Level 6 - Level 10 ... but in L8 - L10, they would have to cover the UTL requirements ...meaning they would probably need 4 passes in L9 & L10 and in L8, they would need to meet the requirements for a 2-pass routine, but adding this as a 3rd pass..

To be used in a 10.0 SV routine, it can be used in Level 8, but to have no UTL deductions, levels 6 and 7. This pass also works for xcel gold-sapphire (as mentioned above), but most gymnasts would compete this pass in xcel diamond
