Most of the girls at my gym don't really have much definition in the core. and I was wondering who does? what did you do and how long did it take to get whatever you have?

I have told you before that no gymnast is to post photos of their abs. You have asked and you know it isn't gojng to happen. Take this as a warning, mention one more word about underage gymnasts abs here and you will be banned for ever.
