Parents Wondering about double layouts

My 2 daughters (12, 14) are training the double layout. It appears to be a difficult skill for both of them and they want so badly to compete it this year. Anyone else have experience with this skill?

Very hard skill, but loads of fun when done properly.

But train it with caution; a short landing on this skill was what ended my career, and I still feel it every time I go up or down a set of stairs

I am revisiting my previous post about double layouts. Curious if you think the one of ny daughter in the video is near competition ready. Thanks
