<div class="bbWrapper">Hey guys!<br /> My friend broke her wrist about last month and she got it off like a week ago. She is wondering why it&#039;s taking so long for her wrist to heal. Can anyone please state any exercises she can do to strengthen her wrist so she can get back in the gym. By the way, states are on March 29th. So, she wants to try to compete at the competition. Do you guys think if it&#039;s possible for her to compete?<br /> <br /> Thanks!</div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">I&#039;m so sorry your friend broke her wrist! She can do a lot of core and leg conditioning. Have her ask her coach for a list. States might happen-but maybe not. Maybe not bars. But who knows? Hope your friend gets better</div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">Ask a coach for a list of wrist strengthening exercises and I wouldn&#039;t advise competing after only being out of a cast for about a week. That&#039;s an accident waiting to happen. Ask your coach for advice.</div>
