Hello I was wondering if yall could help me figure out if my bar routine would count with a 10.0 SV.
I am an xcel diamond and this is my bar routine:
Kip (Low bar)
Cast Handstand (Low bar)
Clear Hip (Low bar)
Into a kip (Low Bar)
Cast (Low Bar)
Clear hip(Low Bar)
Into a kip (Low Bar)
squat on (Low-High Bar)
jump to high bar (Low-High Bar)
Fly away (High Bar)
