Well I Finally got to where i can get to handstands on p-bars but i have the tendency to crash :( what can i do about this at home when i am not at the gym cause i am only there 1 out of 7 days

Are you talking about basically doing a inverted cross on floor if so my coach said that that would exercise a totally different muscle group. Is this true?

What are some exercise's That will help me to get the Iron Cross I really dont have anything to work with 6 days out of seven but a normal stuff you would have in any house and an area about 7/10 feet to exercise at and a pull up bar.
What I Like To Do Is Basically A Full Front Lever With One Leg Tucked and the other fully out and then Change leg's after you get tired i will call this the Half Lever
Half Lever:
Do a Half Lever Alternating Leg's ever 10-15 Seconds Stay In Half lever for 1-2 minute's
