P Bars H-stand

Well I Finally got to where i can get to handstands on p-bars but i have the tendency to crash :( what can i do about this at home when i am not at the gym cause i am only there 1 out of 7 days
 
I teach that the top of the HS should end in a hollow just like a bar cast.

Swing the body and kick through an arch and hollow at the top to kill momentum.

Arched HS at the top generally leads to walking a bit forward or crashing or having to do a shoulder roll out.
