Over the past few weeks the back of my upper thigh (hamstring?) has been hurting when I do splits,leaps,and split jumps. It hurts a lot when i lie on my back and try to kick that leg. Please help! Thanks :)

OK this happened twice but it scared me more the 1st time cuz i was 6. I was the first little girl to try 2 jump 2 jump 2 the high bar and my hands weren't all the way around the bar and down i fell. My mom was in the waiting area watching and she almost broke down the door 2 the gym. hahaha :)...
i have trouble getting the whole energy bar full on beam and floor! on beam i scribble in the flower but it never gets full and on floor even before i salute it fills up a little more than half way? PLEASE HELP!
