Help!!

Over the past few weeks the back of my upper thigh (hamstring?) has been hurting when I do splits,leaps,and split jumps. It hurts a lot when i lie on my back and try to kick that leg. Please help! Thanks :)

Yeah, I've pulled muscles before and its no fun. Sounds like its what you might have done. You might want to tell your coach just to make sure they aren't pushing you too hard while its getting better.
