Hi! I am new to this...my oldest daughter is 4 and has been in gymnastics since she was 18 months old. She was just invited to be on the level 1 team at our gym. We are super excited and can't wait to see what it brings!

Welcome to CB. It's a very useful site and congrats on your gymnast. I started when I was 18month as well and made a life of the sport. I have a new book coming out this spring called Gymnastics in a Nutshell that goes from the beginning through the Olympics and college on how to understand gymnastics. There's a whole section dedicated to parents and how they can help in the coming years. I know my parents wish they had it when I was working my way through the levels. You are in for a real treat as gymnastics is a great sport! Good luck with everything in the years to come. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
