I was working on BHS a little over a week ago, and felt a pain in my shoulder, almost as if I just cracked it wrong or something. It hurt a little, but I was able to finish practice without too much issue. A few days later, just doing tap swings, it was bothering me again, and it still hurts a little bit(need to go to dr. but I know, but deductible is ridiculously high, and I'm a full time student ). Was just wondering if anyone else experienced pain after BHS. I was turning my hand IN sometimes, if that could make a difference? And I have had a week out of gym too so it has had a chance to rest.

You should probably see a doctor if it still hurts. My daughter had shoulder pain that was related to an injury of the growth plate.

Yes, you necessary see a sport doctor. I didn't it many years ago and sometimes I still fill little pain in shoulder. It doesn't bother me but can limit my results in gym.
