size of gym?

when i am older i am hoping to open a gym and i was wondering what size it shuld be and what should the minimum distance between apparatus be if there is a full size sprung floor, a 10metre tumble track, 2 vaulting areas- one with a pit, several beams of different sizes, 2 uneven bars- one with a pit and a viewing area for parents?
sorry if this doesn't make sense!!
