Well you have to look at your hands <Be Fast> Then pull yourself over Not head first or you'll fall back.Practice a backbend and rock yourself back and forth ,and try to pull yourself up:)
My mom and sister and I went to home depot. The guy used a landscaping piece of wood and another thin piece of wood. He made three small boxes it sits on. One on the front, middle, and back. Then we bought yoga mats at walmart. We stapled them on using a staple gun.

My lowest score was a 5.4 on beam. I fell off the beam 4 times because it was wiggly due to being lowered earlier. You can see it wobbling on the video my mom took. LOL
