My name is Emma. I am a level 4 gymnast. I love gymnastics. My strongest areas are beam and floor. I do pretty well on bars. My weakest area is vault this year. I can't get the perfect handstand fall to my back. It ends up looking like the dive roll from last season although it is slowly improving. I compete in 2 weeks. Last year-on the non sanctioned meets where I had to do this skill I got 6's. Please, any advice would help. I want some drills I can do at home. I don't have a trampoline at home and I have hard wood floors. I do have carpet in mom's room and a thin mat-think carthweel mat. Thanks!!! :)
