North Stars Gymnastics Academy produced lots of elites, NCAA, has lot of level 10s, - they have a homeschool program too. I would avoid MG elite/Gymnastics University in Monmouth. https://www.northstarsgymnastics.com/ - met head coach of North Stars once, seemed super nice.
yes definitely, its so so so much work....gymnastics i consider the hardest mentally sport...so much fear, so much goes into everything..i dont understand ur idea completely but it sounds good. Good luck!
I think the coach is back, although I think during her ban she was there too, according to some news reports....I heard reports of overtraining, training on injuries, that might be how they have such high level. Please remember, health and safety always comes first. This is what Haney said...
are u talking abt the program based out of Monmouth Gymnastics in Monmouth, NJ? I would do serious research. Laurie Hernandez spoke out about a certain coach who was allegedly verbally and emotionally abusive....banned for 8 yrs, i think her ban just ended
also just wanted to mention, I have no idea if this would work for you, but there is a lot of great online schools nowadays. My friend's daughter who is 8 loves it, and gets a good education 3 hrs a day. It makes the balance a lot easier, so much more flexible
What about asking to go once a week, or switching to a gym with less hours? Some teams have optional practices, like 1/2/3 a wk. Or maybe switch to XCEL which is sometimes less rigorous sounds like a good idea
