My daughter competed this in her floor routine for almost her entire level 7 season. At the end of the season we were told that this is possibly a C skill and should not have be allowed in her routine...I'm not sure if I'm describing it correctly but thats what my daughter calls it. Anyone know...

Do you think gymnasts will have an easy time or hard time picking up other sports...do they transition well into other sports because they are in good shape and tend to be athletic? I know it would probably depend on the sport. Just curious on what people thought or heard. I have heard...

My daughter is doing a press to handstand on the beam... her arms are slightly bent. Is this a deduction? Her coach doesnt seem to concerned about it, but it seems that it would be a deduction. Any information would be helpful. *** not sure if this matters but she is starting the press...

A lot of the optional girls quit :( Previously we have had a couple of girls go on to do gymastics for some D2 or 3 schools. One of our level 10 qualified for nationals a few years ago but that is about it. Not that those arent accomplishments... So far my daughter has been an amazing...
