    Floor Routines in General

    at my gym in the past the coaches would make up the routines, which i like better because they know what the gymnasts can and cant do. this year since we have a dance studio in our gym ( it at the park district) one of the dance teachers which is also a coach for some of the little gymnasts...

    i am struggling from a set back on beam. my back walkover. i can do it fine on low beam, but once it comes to the high beam i freak! even with a spotter there. i used to not be scared but all of a sudden i was! what should i do!?? i need help! i have a meet at the end of this month! and would...

    Strengthening Ankles?

    my coach has us do 150 toe rises, we do 50 with our feet in normal position and lift our heels 50 times then 50 with our toes pointed out ( like a penguin) then 50 with our toes pointed at each other ( like you are pidgin toed) and even though it burns a lot it helps

    Falling Asleep in Splits

    i have tried to, but i wasnt all the comfertable! i have also tried falling asleep in a froggie but once again not that comfertable. i may try again some time soon becuase i havnt done it in a while! i will let you know if i actually fall asleep!

    I used to be scared to do fly aways but then this thing just came over me and i was so confident. it took me a long time! on beam, i am working on back walkovers and my coach told me count to three and if i dont go on three then get off. so what you should do is dont think about it to much...
