So this year i will very likly be attending a woodward camp. However i'm not sure which one i should go to. I prefer the look of Woodward pa due to it having more recreational activities however because i live in the UK its more tricky to get to, where as woodward west i can take a direct flight...
So this has been really bugging me for ages, as I heard this song the other day and could not place the gymnast to this music! I'm pretty sure I saw it at the British champs once or Espoir, but I can't remember which gymnast did it!
Anyone know??
There are only a few competitions you can enter like British vets however not many clubs around cater for gymnasts who want to enter adult competitions.
If you are training elite there are still options, but for my level I am no longer allowed to do regional or county competitions.

In the UK we dont use levels like you, but i got my grips probably too early before i could kip, but i think is usage levels maybe grips round level 4 or so. But i would say that every gymnast is different and so gymnasts may like to use them just to help prevent rips
for me, i will probably be pushed towards leaving when i turn 18. This breaks my heart, as i still have so much passion for the sport. I have always thought for myself, that i will just know when i'm ready to leave. And if you feel like you have accomplished everything you have wanted to, then i...
So this year, my dad has finally let me go to Woodward camp!
I live in the U.K, and this summer I will be 18, so my dad will let me travel there by myself.
As I live so far away, it doesn't really make a difference to me weather I travel to Woodward PA, or Woodward West CA, as the flights are...
