I have shin splints and I was wondering if anyone else has had them and recovered quickly. What kind of exercises/stretching did you do? Or anything else that helped heal them quickly?? I have states soon and would like to be pain free soon!
I am hoping to compete level 7 next year and I just don’t love backhandsprings on the beam. If I can’t figure out any options, I will compete front walkover - backhandspring. I like forward skills and as my dismount I am planning to do front walkover to gainer layout. Does anyone have any ideas...

Wednesday-4
Friday-3
Saturday-4
30 minute warmup and 30 minutes conditions with 45 minutes per event and we would go over or under if we needed to
