    Hi coaches, Parent question here, related to judging: For USAG Xcel, silver - does degree of difficulty matter for points? For example if gymnasts A performs a harder skill in the same routine gymnastics B, is that taken into account or are they both only judged in how well they execute? Thanks!

    Hi friends, My daughter wants a bar for home use. Any suggestions? I see one on Amazon with metal frame and looks like wooden bar. I hope for it to be the same diameter as what is used at the gym. Is there a better one that isn't wood maybe? Is wood okay for practice?

    We are in silver now, so levels 3 and 4. However, I would love to have trackers up to level 6 then Developmental 6-10. Follow up question. Is it a reasonable goal to jump 1 level per year?
