Maybe give them the idea of a group reward system. Like each level can make a poster and then each kid gets stickers to fill up the words on the poster (like level 7 teamwork), I think that is easier to implement and it’s an individual reward that also builds teamwork because they’re all working...

Do you have the same concerns about the male gymnasts? That really makes no sense to me. Obviously a responsible coach won’t move a kid up before they can safely do skills.

In my opinion, levels should be determined by coaches, like the boys do. I think the reason the boys coaches can have autonomy and the girls coaches can’t boils down to one thing- not trusting women/girls.

That saves a ton of time! I would insist on paying back at least their cost. I’d give generous gas cards and generous McDonalds, etc. cards. Even if they don’t say it, eventually they’ll get annoyed, because adding one more kid to your routine is more tiring no matter what anyone says to be polite.
