I have been working for the longest time to achieve my left heel stretch. The problem is if I lay on the floor, I can pull it no problem, but when I do it standing, I can't. Why may this be?
Sometimes I get them when I am in the pool a long time--from your feet touching the rough bottom of the pool and all the chlorine. You may try some really big band-aids on the heel of your foot. That may add some cushion. Good luck and I will sned you pain tolerance fairies your way!!!
My dd has been using these for years. She wouldn't vault without them. The problem she's been having lately is that the heel cup is tearing away from the neoprene part. They used to last for a year or two and her most recent pair has only lasted two months. Anyone else have this problem...
I know Sever's is not a gender specific condition but it seems that there are WAY more girls on team with this than the boys. Is this coincidental, or just that girls use their feet for 3 out of the 4 events.
