I can do the press handstand on the wall with ease.
And for the few spots I had with them, it was quite easy too.
So now what?
I can't do them alone yet. I tried elevating my feet so that my hips are above my head, but that doesn't help. It feels like I need to lean forward more, but if I do...
I am a level 8 gymnast and i still don't have a stradle press handstand from sitting on the floor. :yikes: I'm just wondering if anyone knows any drills or has any advice on how to do them, because I am having a hard time with it. (I would love to finally be able to do it). :bouncy::applause:
