Parents 12 year old level 10 testing hopes

My 12 year old will test hopes this year and is hoping for elite by next year. She is a powerhouse on floor (training double layout), vault (training tsuk full) and great on beam but her bars are not as strong (although she does have her pack and front giants). Are these skills in line with the requirements?
