2 Questions

1) Where is a good place I can get a good explanation of how twisting works in the air? I am a beginner in gymnastics but I want to starting adding some twists for the diving board.

2) How do you use the chat function on these boards? I can see the chats, but I have no idea where to type! Lol...

Can't help ya on the twisting - Sorry.

But on the Chat. There is a small blank rectangular box above the box with all the chat in it. you type in there and then click the ok button next to it.

DD is for darling daughter or dear daughter.

to use the shoutbox at the top of the page, click in the space and type there, to post your comment just click on OK. If you click on chat at the top of the page, it will take you to a whole page dedicated to chat or the shoutbox.
