Parents A gymnast always salutes!

I was just thinking how ingrained things are to our young gymnasts...

My girl wiped out at bars last week and ended up landing on her tummy on the mats. It was a freaky sort of fall and she wasn't hurt, but she was laying there and the next thing she does is salute.

She also was doing some sort of tumbling into the cheese pit, and all I could see of her was her hands sticking up for the salute.

That gave me a real giggle, how cute!

When my gymmi first learned a cheer jump she'd salute when she was done.. Made me so proud!!

Yeah, mine kept saluting during ballet class!

This cracks me up! My daughter's PE teacher is always choking about her saluting after everything they do lol!

Too True! I took my gymmy for a horseback ride. Afterward, she slid her leg over, dropped to the ground, stuck the landing and did a beautiful salute! I cracked up...to her it was just normal.

Not exactly the same but my dd was playing on a slip and slide. She started off like she was doing vault. It was very funny
