Parents Acro Gymnastics - Changing Clubs

Does anyone know whether there is some kind of timescale when changing clubs? Can it be done any point in the year or is there an annual cut off?

I'm assuming you're not in the US by your screen name. However, in the US, you need to do it before partnering. So for us that would be early summer.
