Adult Gym in NY?

Does anyone know of a gym in the NYC/long island area that would accommodate a 23yo beginner?

When i was in long island taking a class I went to Five Star Gymnastics in East Rockaway to an adult class/open class. It was Tues/Thurs night for about an hr and a half. They did a lot of tumbling stuff at the beginning but towards the end you could use tumble track or other equipment. They were sooo nice there!

You should ask in the Adult gym section of this site - I'm pretty sure there is at least one poster from NY
