Advice needed from experienced or gym parent..

Sorry for the vague thread title, didn't know what to put.
Just noticed that the thread title went wrong, it was supposed to read experienced coach..
I am looking for some advice from an experienced coach or parent of a gymnast that has been around for some time.

Rest assured everything is fine and I have no worries. I was given some "exciting" news recently that I am still trying to digest, I don't really want to put this news on an open forum but would like someone to talk to and maybe guide us along this new path.
