Parents age for Sever's?

DD (9) has had Severs since she was 8. Was actually in a boot for 5 weeks last fall. Now we are dealing with another bad flare up. Always seems like after the summer she gets a flare up, I guess do the increased hours over the summer (she was doing 22 this summer!). We are icing, using cheetah cups, lots of massage and she's on her crutches when at school or home. She's limiting tumbling and vaulting for the next couple weeks. Hoping It all helps.
