Coaches Air Conditioner

Any suggestions for air conditioners? We have gone years without one but last summer was brutal.

For a warehouse? What area / climate? How many square feet? Ceiling height? How good is the insulation… how many windows?

We have one gym that is 14,900 sq. ft. We have 24 ton on that one. We are opening a new 11,000 sq. ft. location and installing two RTU's for a total of 15 ton. The new location is a newer (well insulated) building that sits between two other units (less exterior walls).

AC for a warehouse is a major expense. It can run $25K to well over $100K.
